Delivery Timeline
Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order and are shipped via DTDC or other reliable courier partners based on the shortest delivery timelines to the destination address with tracking and drop-off with signature. If you specifically require delivery by any other service, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
All orders within Kerala are usually delivered within 48 hours. For orders from other states in India, delivery usually happens between 1 and 7 days.
For international orders, the delivery may take between 4 days to 12 days.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is absolutely free on all orders above Rs. 1000 within India. So, we advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees, if applicable, will apply to each of them.
All orders below Rs.1000 will have a shipping cost of Rs.300 for delivery within India, which includes handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Import duty, if applicable, on international orders, has to be paid by the buyer at the time of delivery.
Cash on Delivery Orders
An additional shipping fee of Rs.300 is applicable on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, regardless of the order value.
Your orders are shipped in special packages, and extra care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized, and your items are protected. We will be responsible for any damages to your product/order until it reaches you. We make the best efforts to ensure you have the best shopping experience with us.
