Adwords Media operates this website. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TimePoint. The terms “you” and “your” refer to the Customer/User.
TimePoint provides this website and all associated information, tools, and services subject to your acceptance of the terms, conditions, policies, and notices outlined below.
1. 15-Day Exchange Policy

Products purchased from www.timepoint.in are eligible for exchange within 15 days of delivery.

Items can be exchanged for products of higher or lower value.

If the exchanged product is of higher value, the customer must pay the difference via an authorised payment link shared by our team.

If the exchanged product is of lower value, the balance will be refunded to the original payment method within 2–5 business days.
2. Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange request, customers can:

Email us at support@timepoint.in with your Order Confirmation Number and Order Reference.
3. Defective Product Policy

If the delivered watch has a manufacturing defect, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by either:

Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained for manufacturing defects.
4. No Refund/Exchange After 24 Hours (For Manufacturing Defects)
Exchanges will not be processed if the product is reported defective after 24 hours of delivery, even for manufacturing-related issues.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

COD is available only for customers within Delhi NCR.

For all other locations across India, orders will be accepted on a prepaid basis only.
